J.S. Wolfe By not believing in it. Waking up at dawn, listening to soul-inspiring music, and holding pen to paper, is all I need to be quiet and listen to the voice that uses me as a vessel to write.

Work quietly. Create interesting characters, and make sure every single one of them is written well. No one cares for under-written characters. They drive the story. Have fun!!!
