M.J. Rose Thanks so much! For now that's the end. There are some other daughters whose stories I want to tell, but I've been working on a other books. Tiffany Blues came out in 2018 and Cartier's Hope is out in two weeks. Both stand alone books. I appreciate you reading.
M.J. Rose I hope to do more of them, but not quite yet. Cartier's Hope, my next book will be out Jan 2020 and I hope you like that --- it has themes that I believe will resonate with my readers -- as they do with me -- but no witches:) Thank you for being a reader

M.J. Rose Yes, you got it. Historical jewels is going to be the theme behind the next few full length books along with a few other projects: a novella a year with Steve Berry and a few anthologies. And thank you for reading Cartier's Hope!!
M.J. Rose The Rabbi I worked with said that is the only place they could have taken her that was holy enough to exorcise the demons. Since exorcisms did not happen often, and my research was done with a French rabbi - perhaps there are different opinions. Thank your club for reading! And if they liked it there are two other books in the series. The Secret Language of Stones and The Library of Light and Shadow. And my newest book - not about the occult at all just came out. Tiffany Blues. I do speak to clubs via Skype if they like as well.
M.J. Rose None of them are written to be part of a series you have to read in order at all so it wouldn't seem like a series:) Was it all set in the past or past and present? If all set in the past then it would be The Witch of Painted Sorrows or The Secret Life of Stones but they were published after 2012. All my historical books are - in order
The Reincarnationist - past and present
The Memorist - past and present
The Hypnotist - past and present
The Book of Lost fragrances - past and present
The Seduction of Victor H - past and present
The Collector of Dying Breaths - past and present
The Witch of
Painted Sorrows -only past
The Secret Language of Stones - only past
The Library of Light and Shadow - only past
M.J. Rose Not at all - I wrote them to stand alone or be read in order. HOPE YOU LIKE THEM!
M.J. Rose Rose McGowan and Ashley Judd go public with their Harvey Weinstein stories. Millions of women type #MeToo in their Facebook and Twitter feeds.
M.J. Rose Hi Cheryl
I did once in NYC for a period of 6 weeks... great research but as it turned out I couldn't access any past lives other than one brief image of myself walking down a path in Marblehead Ma. I was a pilgrim. Two seconds of a sight and over and out:) No matter how hard I tried. But it was fascinating. Thank you for reading my books.
M.J. Rose Thank you so much for your kind kind words. I haven't thought about it but it would be fun to have a trip to France to do fragrance and stones. I know a French perfumer who uses stones as the idea behind each fragrance - he'd be a perfect starting point to talk of both! https://www.olivierdurbano.com/
M.J. Rose I don't ave a date yet but I'm guessing next July 2017.
M.J. Rose Dear Justin
Thanks so much - what a lovely note. I appreciate it so much. I don't think I am going to - or at least not yet. When I wrote The Witch of Painted Sorrows I laid out so much of La Lune's story I'm not sure I want to go back and tell it in deeper detail -- partly I think because its so heartbreaking and has such a sad end. But another of her ancestors is coming next year, in The Library of Light and Shadows.
M.J. Rose Absolutely not -I wrote them to be read not in any order - each is a stand alone. They are very separate- I hope you enjoy either one or the other.
M.J. Rose I do want to one day! I hope its soon. Thanks for writing.
M.J. Rose Such a great question! Some are a blend of both - some are a blend of both plus Gothic- like the last one The Witch of Painted Sorrows and the new one coming July 19 - The Secret Language of Stones. And thank you for reading!!! You made my day!
M.J. Rose Thank you!!! My next novel, coming out in July 16 , The Secret Language of Stones, is about a jeweler and I LOVED writing about jewelry. I want to do another about that at a future date. I'd like to write about a sculptor, a rare book dealer, a auctioneer, and at some point I really want to write about a writer but every time I think I'm ready to do that it seems too boring to write about what I do every day.
