Whisky Kisses, the fourth novel in the Hoosier Hearts world, is at the editor. I'm currently reworking Big Sky Love, my fifth novel which will begin a new series.

Thanks to shows like Sesame Street and Electric Company (I'm showing my age with that one) and books like the Sweet Pickles series, I learned to read at an early age. During summer breaks as a child, I would spend the entire day at the library because it was near my mother's work. Reading those stories lead me to create my own with my Barbie dolls. Eventually, I began to write those stories down. In high school, I read Pride and Prejudice and Dust Tracks on a Road (Zora Neale Hurston's autobiography) which further fueled my desire to write.

The idea for my upcoming novel Whisky Kisses came about from me asking what if roles were reversed and a famous musician fell for a fan but she only saw him as a one night stand. The book also allowed me to explore the body shaming and body confidence while delving into my love of country music again.
