George Zaidan Figure out an efficient and logical way to store and retrieve information. (Sounds really boring and useless, but especially for those writing nonfiction, it's the single most time-saving thing you can do.)

George Zaidan The dress code.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
George Zaidan I do something else. Could be book related (research another chapter, for example) or it could be completely unrelated to work of any kind (go for a hike). Or I just push through and write a bunch of bad, useless sentences that I know I'll delete later.
