Carly Ellen Kramer Hi Susan,
My apologies - I just saw this. I was there both days, yes. The location was so much better on Day 2!
Carly Ellen Kramer Herbes de provence (http://crowdedearthkitchen.com/2014/0...) is my "go to" spice blend... I use this in a ridiculous number of recipes!

When baking sweet foods, my "go to" is either homemade vanilla extract or vanilla seeds scraped right from the pod. Delicious!
Carly Ellen Kramer Writer's block is just an excuse to stop working. I try to stubbornly keep writing, as uninteresting as that sounds. Carly Ellen Kramer Inspiration only gets me through the first draft. From there, writing is an effort. In that sense, I'm inspired by the challenge!
Carly Ellen Kramer My dedication page reads, "To the many fabulous women who are Famous At Abbott. You know who you are." That's about all I can say. ;)
