When I was young, I noticed that my family members in Italy were a lot healthier than those in the United States - since we have the same genes, I believe diet and lifestyle make all of the difference in the world. The Mediterranean diet is more of a lifestyle than a dining plan and it allows you to enjoy delicious food while achieving optimal health. (less)
