New book by Zuzka Light - 15 Minutes to Fit
I can't wait till she announce her first book. It was long two months...
But finally... yeaah, you can buy it. Hard copy or kindle version. I grab kindle and start reading in a second from a purchase....
Took me only two evenings to read whole book and I can tell you - it's good! Like really good! I mean it.
She took her heart into it and you can feel it. If you try any of her workouts, you know her. She do everything with passion.
I can highly reccomend this book for you... no matter which fitness type you prefer.
You can but it on Amazon. For 20 bucks. It's worthy...
So 5* from 5 for her first book 15 Minutes to Fit.

Hokkaido Pumpkin - Be Prepared For the Winter!
It's that time of the year... pumkins are here! I usually wait for a great deal - buy a lot of them (like 10 at least) and prepare them for freezer. So I can easily grab them whole winnter /when price come up like a crazy/.
I have two way/ options how to work with them. First is lazy but perfectly okay for freezer. Second is more fancy and great for immediate consumption.
Lazy way:
Cut them in a half, scoop out seeds (you can rost them - yummy snack), place them on the baking paper and bake for about 40 minutes in the owen (356° F/ 180° C). I spray a little olive oil over the top, but it's not necesary.
If you want more flavor you can lard them with garlic. Make a little whole by knife (be careful) and place glove of the garlic inside. Then bake same way.
After baking let them cool down little bit and scoop meat out (I didn't use skin, but for example Barborka do). Place them to the mason jars or plastic bag and let them cool down completely. Then put in the freezer.
When it's time for pumpkin puree soup, I just grab one of those bags/jars and place them in the pot, add water, carry, onions and prepare a soup. Super fast and super easy....
Fancy way:
Cut pumpkin to the cubes (remove skin if you want, I do) and bake them with garlic and 1 Tbs of olive oil. I usually add chilli powder for another kick. Again in the owen (356° F/ 180° C) for about 20-30 minutes - mix them in the middle of the time. Then add walnuts and bake again for another 5-10 minutes.
Remove from the owen and serve with Feta cheese (if you can tolerate cheese), if not try macadamia ricotta instead.
Delicis!!

The Best Smoothie Ever
I just discovered amazing smoothie recipe! Guys, you have to try this one ...
1 glass
1 banana
2 kiwifruit
fresh juice from 1 lemon
1 inch (2.5 cm) of fresh ginger (chopped)
3 dried figs
1 cup of water (filltered)
Ok, I know, there are carbs. I know, I know. But belive me, that this taste so good, that it can be your "treat". And to be honnest with you - isn't this healthier treat than french fries?
Figs are amazing.
Dried figs are a rich source (> 20% of the Daily Value, DV) of dietary fiber and the essential mineral, manganese, while vitamin K and numerous other minerals are in moderate content.Figs contain diverse phytochemicals, including polyphenols such as gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, syringic acid, (+)-catechin, (−)-epicatechin and rutin. source: wiki
You will get lots of Vitamin C from this smoothie too - because of kiwifruit and lemon. And ginger - Ginger is naturally an antibacterial agent, and according to the American Cancer Society it has been promoted as a cancer treatment to keep tumors from developing. 3.5 oz (100g) contains 5 mg vitamin C (about 5% of daily value).
It was so good, that I even cannot create a photo - this smoothie was gone so fast :-)))
