But I have a strategy to deal with it that works very well: I develop my chapters by writing lots of one-sentence ideas. Then I go back and write a bit more under each idea, which usually results in a few paragraphs per idea. Once that's done, I've pretty much written a chapter. I wrote a book called 'Non-fiction Writing Essentials' where I specifically described my strategy. (less)

Mostly, I love the learning experience of understanding a topic more by writing about it. I also love it that I'm sharing ideas that are adding something of value to other folks. My experience in learning to play, perform, compose, record, mix, and produce, has been a hard road. It was all 'learning by doing' and I had no mentors along the way. (less)
