I am an author of several published works covering different genres. My novel 'SAS Operation Galia' won the Impress Prize on first publication in 2009 and tells the true story of my Father's second World wartime experiences behind enemy lines in occupied Italy in 1944/45;

I love writing children's verse, Rhymes and stories and The GrumbleGroar is about a mythical creature that lives near the Centre of the Earth and creates the forces that make volcanos and earthquakes; The book is a fabulously illustrated rhyming picture book aimed at helping children to understand what goes on beneath their feet and well as improving literacy. It won the new writers UK children's book of the year 2012;
