Green Books for the Classroom
The great thing about being a teacher is that we know our students so well we can pick out certain books we think they may like. A teacher has a great influence on the taste and direction of how and what a young person will read.
I encourage all of the teachers out there to offer young people books about the environment and how we as a society can and will solve these tough problems in the environment so that we can become more unified.
I hope teacher will use pictures and digital media as springboards to talk about environmental issues.
