Graduating with a degree in journalism, I move to New York and worked in publishing for several years. After that, I return to my native Los Angeles and worked in the film industry. Eventually, I started writing screenplays full-time, mostly in the Fantasy Romance genre After the birth of my children, I took some time off to be a mom. But the ideas never stopped coming to me and I continued to work on outlines. On my daughter's first day of preschool, I set up shop in the coffee shop next door and started writing a book. I've never looked back. 2024 update

I've neglected this blog for too long. My last post was announcing Book 2 in my Into the Dark Woods series, which was King in Chains. It came out in 2017. So, yeah, long time.
