Andy Lindley was born in Brisbane, Australia in 1969 and he started a career in the Film and Television Industry as a Production Accountant in 1995. In 2000 his work led him to Melbourne, Australia where he currently resides.

Andy started writing poetry and prose at age 26, originally as a coping mechanism whilst dealing with the emotional ebbs and flows of coming out. 'Poems from the Depths of a Gay Heart', his first foray into publishing, is a collection spanning the past 20 years of writing. ...more

The Bookshop Darlinghurst Review

Fabulous first book!

Gorgeous tasteful pictures and moving prose. Andy offers us a glimpse into his journey of finding love, and watching it slip away. He has captured raw emotions on the page. His poems are romantic and his book offers hope for other young men coming out and weathering the storms of entering relationships.
