I've met intelligent, ambitious people who couldn't overcome emotional or mental hurdles, and I was intrigued by them. Despite having access to the resources they needed, they couldn't 'flip their mental switch' to do what they needed to reach happiness or success. I wanted to write a book that helps these people who don't understand the mental and emotional roots of their behavior, struggle with acceptance, and live haphazardly without a clear direction.

Also, I've accepted the challenges I've faced in my lifetime. I wanted to write a book to help people dealing with a similar path.
