Wow! Just wow! Phantom Rising (Book #3 in the Phantom Rising series) was free last weekend, and so many people downloaded it that on Amazon's "Bestsellers" list, it ranked #1 in "Classic Historical Fiction" (with Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice in the #2 slot), as well as ranking #1 in "Classic Coming of Age Fiction" (with Charles Dickens' Great Expectations in the #2 slot)!

In my youth, I was a serial student. After a degree in computer science, I decided I didn't much like the work. Then I started a degree in fine art photography and when nearly finished, decided I probably couldn't support myself with that (this was before the internet was ubiquitous). So, my pictures were on display and in contests but now only adorn the walls in my home.
Glad to make a sci-fi reading friend (it's my favorite genre)... looking forward to your reviews!
