Justin Lazaro (1984-present) was born in San Pablo California to Filipino immigrants who found love working at the Oakland United States Postal Office. He attended the University of California Davis where he double majored in International Relations and Economics. After graduating in 2007, he worked in San Francisco for four years twiddling his thumbs within his cubicle until the itch to become an author could no longer be controlled by antihistamines. The Blue Dejou is his first foray into fiction.
