It's a busy summer and I am baking like crazy and that's because I'm working on my second cookbook in the "Low Carb Recipe Magic" series. This one is called "Sweets by the Season" and it's a dessert and tasty treats collection of low carb recipes to take you from season to season. Being on a low carb diet doesn't mean you have to do without goodies in your life and it is possible to have your cake or cookies and eat them, too. Almost all of my recipes are under 10 net carbs and most are below 5 net carbs.
As I'm making each of the recipes, I am getting photos so I will have photos in the book. Last night I made a Chocolate Nut Tweed Torte that is absolutely amazing! And I did it with my toaster oven! My oven has been on the blink for the past couple of months so I've been using the toaster oven for all my baking. It's a challenge, but it works.
