Being in a codependent dynamic keeps you phase-locked in someone else’s reality. When you feel you need someone other than yourself, you’re outsourcing your life force.

The truth is that you have everything you need within you to live the life you came to live. When you feel as if you cannot do that without a certain person, you’re giving away your power and losing your identity to someone or something outside you.

Codependency is neediness. If you need something outside you to be whole, you can never be complete. The path to progress is learning to need only oneself.

Codependency keeps you co-entangled in a life that’s not yours. It drains you of your life force and keeps you stuck half-heartedly living through someone else’s reality.

When you’re ready for your life to succeed beyond your wildest dreams, you take your power back and leave the codependency behind. When you’re no longer leaking energy into someone else’s field, it’s available to ignite yours.

if you cannot see the truth of who you are, you will never see the truth of reality. 

How could you? 

Seeing the truth of who you are is the only reason you are here. You are not here to blame shift. You are not here to play the victim. You are not here to smear others. 

You are only here to accept accountability for your behavior; identify your patterns; process your shadow work; atone for your karmic programs; resolve your ancestral trauma; free yourself from the grip of this material matrix — not feed it. And most of all – to align with the divine. 

If you haven’t yet unveiled the truth within your own heart, how could you ever hold enough light to unveil the truth of the world around you?  

Distortion begets distortion. If you are limited only to seeing superficially on the surface, you’ll never be able to see the truth that lies deep within. 

If you can’t see yourself, chances are you’ll miss the subtlety of what’s happening in the world around you. 

Light requires conscious nuance. Darkness is a default of density. 

Are you ready to see the truth? The mirror is ready to reflect the truth of your reality back to you. Be brave enough to face it and the truth will set you free.

It’s the roadmap through your life’s journey. It’s your gauge as to the degree of alignment you are operating under.

The heart will never lead you astray. It’s your litmus test as to whether you’re operating on behalf of good or evil forces.

The quality of your heart determines the quality of your character. And the quality of your character is either good or evil. Not much in between.

Sometimes humanity confuses good with evil because evil can position itself as a force for good.

Evil propagates a “good image” whereas goodness “embodies God”. Can you see the difference? One is performing an image and the other is embodying truth. It’s a subtlety that requires a high degree of spiritual discernment.

Your heart is your compass through life — either navigating you “towards God“, or “towards materialism as your god.”

How’s your heart working these days? Is it a good barometer of your truth? Or is it selling you out for a false image? Make sure you know the difference.

… it’s about how many lives you touch.

How many of us have gravely misunderstood this?

Everyone wants to make a difference in the world, but when push comes to shove, the motivations are usually ego-centered.

Your success in life is NOT about launching that fashion brand or becoming that celebrity yoga teacher, building a wellness empire or even giving to the homeless.

No, it’s much simpler than that.

Success in life, as a human being is in how many lives you touch.

How do you make people feel?

Have you extended a smile to them as a welcome?

Have you extended a hug to them as consolation?

Were you there for them when they needed a friend?

Were you there for them when they were hurting, confused or stuck in their own way?

Were you able to give them a helping hand and guide them to a place of light?

Do you offer yourself in service to others? Or is it all about achieving visibility and making $$$?

What we think of as success today is nothing more than the need to “make a name for ourselves” — to make a living — to have enough $$$ to live on our own terms. Although pivotal to one’s survival, these are matrix goals, not the goals of an enlightened being.

When you are on the path of consciousness, you realize that success is a term that relates to “alignment with the Divine”. When you are fully aligned, you are in the flow of your life and in the flow of abundance.

You don’t sell your soul for a job that sucks it dry.

You no longer have to work harder, you learn to surrender.

You no longer need to impress, you attract.

You no longer need to convince, you align.

You no longer need to hustle, you sit in your knowing that all is coming.

You take your cues from the guidance that comes from deep within, not the demand from without.

This world glorifies materialism. But in reality, this material realm is fleeting. None of it matters–not your job title, your salary, your fancy home/apt, your car, your zip code– none of it defines you.

What defines you is your essence. Your light. Your capacity for love. Your capacity for empathy. Your capacity to be there for those around you– unconditionally and without judgment.

Most have lost their humanity in favor of seeking success in the material realm.

They are not one and the same. When it is more important to “do your job” then it is to “be a good human”, you’ve traded your divine compass for another run on the mouse wheel of materialism. Whereas when you touch lives, you build a legacy that no dollar amount can match. Where do you want to be?

… distorts your truth.

When we lose ourselves in relationships, we lose sight of who we truly are. We give power over our own perceptions to those who cannot possibly know our reality. And then, we no longer retain our own thoughts/perceptions because we’ve traded them for the temporary validation of others.

But the truth is… no one knows the path you’re traveling and if you are dedicated to knowing yourself, and doing the work, then no one can know you better.

To worry about how people perceive you is to give up your power to those who are deluded about your truth. It doesn’t matter what people think about you, all that matters is what YOU think of YOU. Falling into the trap of seeing yourself through others’ eyes phase locks you into their story.

You are not here to live anyone else’s story; you’re here to live your own. The story you tell yourself becomes the story of your life. Whose story do you want to tell?

… invites personal sovereignty.

The hardest battle to fight is the one you don’t know you’re in.

You might think you’re the most independent human on the planet — you take charge — you get it done — you study hard — you work hard — you don’t need anyone, but somewhere along the line, your relationships tell a different story.

They tell the story of someone who gives more than they get, who accepts less than they deserve and who stays longer than they should. Because independence on the outside can mask entanglement on the inside.

At first it may be difficult to discern but after awhile, it becomes obvious…

It’s in the years of making excuses for the way people treat you.

It’s overextending yourself to be seen, recognized and honored for who you are and what you bring to the table.

It’s in the people-pleasing behaviors that aim to “be helpful” and “supportive of others.”

It’s in the prioritization of other’s needs and wants over your own.

It’s in the pain of a broken heart every time you are misunderstood by others.

It’s wrapped up in the tears each time you are betrayed.

It’s in the recognition that you have abandoned yourself in order to belong somewhere else.

One day you wake up and you realize that you’re no longer the same person. You finally see through the lies you’ve told yourself. You see the truth of how others have treated you and you see the truth of who you really are and you can no longer go back.

Now, you’d rather be alone than with someone who makes you feel lonely.

You’d rather be in peace than around someone who breeds emotional chaos.

You’d rather have clarity than hang with someone makes you doubt yourself or your version of reality.

You’d rather live a life of easeful happiness than one of constant gaslighting.

The road to personal sovereignty is long, but it begins the moment you learn to say NO.

For the first time in your life, you honor your path. You see it for what it really is — a beautiful soul on a journey to becoming whole. It happens the moment you decide to walk away from what no longer serves you — the abuse, the judgements, the hurtful comments, the snide remarks, the silent treatment, the passive aggressive behaviors, all of it.

That NO is freedom. You’ll know it in an instant. The moment you walk away from what was not working, is the moment you are able to attract what will.

What are you still saying yes to that’s keeping you locked in codependency?

… let it go. It’s part in your story is over.

Why do we fight to keep what has outlived its purpose in our lives? 

Fear of change. 

Fear of growth

Fear of transformation. 

Sometimes it’s easier to hold onto the familiar dysfunction than it is to make change. 

The old is familiar, even though it’s uncomfortable. We figure, the devil we know, is better than the one we don’t. Unfortunately dancing with the devil we know keeps us phase-locked in the same karmic pattern that has kept us trapped for decades. 

Opening up to the unknown is the only way we can truly make change. 

Nothing ever leaves your life that is meant for you. If it leaves your hands, let it go. You’re done with it. It’s served its purpose and the Divine is replacing it with something better. Just trust. 

If you fight for it, you get to keep it. Ask yourself if you really want it.

… it’s falling into place.

This is one of the most challenging timelines humanity has ever lived through. Our planet is shifting its proximity in the cosmos, entering a new sector of the Photon Belt and receiving higher-dimensional light. This intense light exposes darkness and brings to the surface what has been hidden—both within ourselves and the collective.

When higher light hits you, it brings up all the darkness you’ve tried to hide from—patterns, programs, emotions, behaviors, relationships.

Know that what’s coming up is rising to be released, not to be relived, and what’s falling apart is collapsing to be rebuilt.

This isn’t to punish you, it’s to push you into a higher timeline where healing is occurring.

The collapse symbolizes the completion of the karmic programming that no longer serves you. You’ve outgrown the lesson. It’s time to move on and choose a new timeline—one that supports the version of you that you are becoming, not suffering through.

Your life is not falling apart, it is falling into place.

If it’s coming down, get out of the way. That infrastructure could no longer support the you that you are becoming; it couldn’t sustain your growth and evolution. Let it fall to the ground. Once it’s down, you can pick up the pieces and recreate a new foundation, one that will better support the new you.

Are you ready to up-level? Embrace the fall. The phoenix always rises out of the ashes.

… then the illusion we’ve created to hide from it. 

So many of us spend decades hiding from ourselves, pushing down the impulse to look in the mirror and heal the parts of ourselves that need healing. 

It’s so much more convenient to lose your temper with someone and blame them for making you angry than it is to recognize that they’re just a mirror to your unresolved anger issues. 

We project onto others that which is still unhealed within ourselves. The conscious amongst us recognize this and accept responsibility for it. 

The unconscious lash out. They get triggered by someone and subsequently blame that person for triggering them. 

The truth is that if you get triggered by someone, that trigger is on you. That other person is only mirroring back an aspect of you that is yet to be resolved. Thank them for the clarity. 

Stop blaming others for your own shortcomings. Karmic patterns demand attention and healing can be swift or alternatively, can be denied. The choice is always up to you.

… cultivates a planet of hate.

Remembering our unity, brings us back into oneness.

Humanity is a seed fractal off the Divine Godhead. Unity is our God-given nature.  But this matrix is set up to promulgate separation. It fosters factions of tribalism – us vs. them. It brainwashes you to think your neighbor is your enemy, while promoting allegiance to a hierarchy of control.  

If you’re not awake, you might just slip into the unconscious illusion of this matrix system and subsequently adopt a belief system that was handed to you.  

Since we live in a system of duality, if the behavior is not encouraging unity, by default, it’s promoting separation and hate.  Can you spot the difference?

Be the Observer. Observe what is happening in society, but don’t partake in the drama. Drama is a divisive tactic created to separate. Only love unifies.  

Every human has to choose their reality. Your choices matter and they will continue to affect your experience (on this plane and in the next).  

If you have to “win” to be “right” in the eyes of others, you’re already wrong in this game of life.  

Respect people’s choices, even if you don’t agree. Let people be who they are and love them anyway. It’s not about what they are choosing, it’s about how you are treating them that is the mark of your consciousness.  

Make your choices and allow those around you to choose for themselves. Judge not what they choose, judge only how you show up in response to their choices.  

We either work together to create a better world or we dig our heals in and wage a tribal war with each other. What world do you want to live in?
