Peace Sonnet
Peace doesn't grow on trees,
Nor is it produced in factories.
It has been a concept of books,
Must it stay that way for centuries!
Where argumentation is afoot,
The mission becomes a phantom.
Where the mind thrives on tradition,
Peace is an inconvenience to the norm.
Peace is but a myth most foul,
An annoying goal that demands a lot.
We just prefer our cozy cocoons,
Giving up any of it is just plain absurd.
But there is a cure to the war disease.
Loosen your knots and there'll be peace.
Nor is it produced in factories.

The mission becomes a phantom.

Sonnet of Meritocracy
Where states dictate humanity,
Harmony remains an eternal fiction.
Diplomacy only divides people in secret,
And democracy sustains that foul friction.
Where the society is mesmerized by charm,
And politics is fueled by populism.
Values and character exist as theories,
As matter of talks, not as alive aphorism.
Under the sectarian watch of states,
Inclusion and acceptance turn to dust.
In an attempt to sustain sovereignty,
Humanity of the humans gets all lost.
Electing authorities on whim is only poker,
Without merit as core, democracy is peacebreaker.

Sonnet of International Relations
Modern dictators don't use oppression,
To keep thought and liberty barred.
The effective means of new dictatorship,
Is to play the nationalism card.
Feed people lies covered with nationalism,
They'll applaud you without a but.
Talk about reason and inclusion,
They'll ignore you as a universalist nut.
Till today society thrives on sectarianism,
While arguing over peace and harmony.
We call this insanity international relations,
In our every act we empower disparity.
Still if we don't discard this sectarian savagery,
General Assemblies will sustain agony not amity.
To keep thought and liberty barred.
The effective means of new dictatorship,
Is to play the nationalism card.
Feed people lies covered with nationalism,
They'll applaud you without a but.
Talk about reason and inclusion,
They'll ignore you as a universalist nut.
Till today society thrives on sectarianism,
While arguing over peace and harmony.

Sonnet of Occupation
With just weeks of lockdown,
You all feel restless and bland.
That is how everyday life is,
For people in occupied land.
Imagine living your whole life,
Subject to restriction and suspicion.
Ask a Palestinian or a Kashmiri,
They'll reveal the face of occupation.
Life, liberty and happiness,
Are the rights of every being.
Whenever a government violates them,
Civilized humanity must intervene.
I call to all humans far and near,
Rest not till statehood is declared.
You all feel restless and bland.
That is how everyday life is,
For people in occupied land.
Imagine living your whole life,
Subject to restriction and suspicion.
Ask a Palestinian or a Kashmiri,
They'll reveal the face of occupation.
Life, liberty and happiness,
Are the rights of every being.
Whenever a government violates them,
Civilized humanity must intervene.
I call to all humans far and near,
Rest not till statehood is declared.

Sonnet of Nation Building
Nation means not land,
Nation means not border.
Nation means sentience and sanity,
Nation means willing to treat disorder.
Nation means not habit,
Nation means not tradition.
Nation means reason and acceptance,
Nation means conscious amalgamation.
Nations means not law,
Nations means not policy.
Nation means a genuine goodness,
Nation means an accountable citizenry.
In the name of nation do not act tribal.
Nation without narrowness is a land universal.
Nation means not border.
Nation means sentience and sanity,
Nation means willing to treat disorder.
Nation means not habit,
Nation means not tradition.
Nation means reason and acceptance,
Nation means conscious amalgamation.
Nations means not law,
Nations means not policy.

My Golden Earth (The Sonnet)
O my golden earth,
I am but your stupid lover.
The flute of your dazzling fragrance,
Makes my agonies disappear.
Whenever your sky is cloudy,
My heart drowns in drought.
Whenever your oceans quiver,
With tears my eyes get fraught.
Whenever you giggle in prosperity,
It pours honey into my ears.
Whenever you shine with festivals,
Light and love erase my historic fears.
You are my home o my golden earth.
All your children are my sisters and brothers.
I am but your stupid lover.
The flute of your dazzling fragrance,
Makes my agonies disappear.
Whenever your sky is cloudy,
My heart drowns in drought.
Whenever your oceans quiver,
With tears my eyes get fraught.
Whenever you giggle in prosperity,
It pours honey into my ears.
Whenever you shine with festivals,
Light and love erase my historic fears.
You are my home o my golden earth.
All your children are my sisters and brothers.

Sonnet of National Sickness | Handcrafted Humanity
Wanna study a superpower, study America.
Wanna study dysfunctional power, still study America.
Wanna study spirituality, study India.
Wanna study rotten spirituality, still study India.
Wanna study rise of secularism, study Turkish Republic.
Wanna study fall of secularism, still study Turkish Republic.
Wanna study standards of beauty, study the Korean Republic.
Wanna study doctored beauty, still study the Korean Republic.
Wanna study pride and loyalty, study good old Britannia.
Wanna study primeval pride and loyalty, still study Britannia.
Wanna study statehood, study People's Republic of China.
Wanna study the horrors of statehood, still study China.
Every nation on earth suffers from a distinct ailment.
The first step towards recovery is acknowledgement.

War Ain’t Peace (The Sonnet)
Hudson, Thames, Nile and Sindhu,
All are now red with the blood of the innocent.
Who is to blame for such catastrophe,
Everybody who accepts arms race as upliftment.
Suited savages have seduced them to believe,
That bigger the military greater the pride.
It’s necessary for politicians to sell nationalism,
Or else their loyal subjects will all get untied.
Acts of national security only breed insecurity,
Which forces people to seek comfort in weapons.
True, lasting stability and serenity of a nation,
Comes only from a universal desire for union.
Let the politicians sell war in the name of peace.
Why must the citizens buy it like rats chasing cheese!
All are now red with the blood of the innocent.
Who is to blame for such catastrophe,
Everybody who accepts arms race as upliftment.
Suited savages have seduced them to believe,
That bigger the military greater the pride.
It’s necessary for politicians to sell nationalism,

Sonnet of National Beauty
Beauty and ugliness as we know them,
Are the product of an ugly mind.
Once we step across all pretenses,
We learn how much we’ve been blind.
The whitest places on planet earth,
Happen to be the ugliest of all places.
For what appears to be a fancy joint,
Is filled with a bunch of suited savages.
Nations of color have problems too,
But they don't pretend to be advanced.
When we claim to be a global leader,
We must first practice inclusion on demand.
Great is not the nation that appears fancy,
But one which values people over diplomacy.
Are the product of an ugly mind.
Once we step across all pretenses,
We learn how much we’ve been blind.
The whitest places on planet earth,
Happen to be the ugliest of all places.
For what appears to be a fancy joint,
Is filled with a bunch of suited savages.

Giants in Jeans Sonnet 76
In the old days tribal chiefs used to fool people,
With talks of tribal honor and heritage.
Today's chiefs in suits manipulate modern tribals,
With talks of national security and lineage.
When our ancestors behaved as tribals,
It is acceptable for they didn't know better.
But when we identify as civilized yet act tribal,
It is but a degrading stain upon our honor.
Though all politicians are not savages,
Paradigm of modern politics thrives on division.
So make not the dreadful mistake to think,
That politicians are gonna bring peace and elevation.
It is a world of citizens, citizens are its lifeblood.
You and I are its caretakers, not some elected vanguard.
With talks of tribal honor and heritage.
Today's chiefs in suits manipulate modern tribals,
