A really interesting plot, with time-travelling detectives sent back to the 1850’s to solve a murder. Wonderful characters, great descriptions & very different to this author’s usual fictional offerings.

This is such a well-researched book & leaves the reader guessing as to the consequences right up to the end. I can’t recommend it highly enough. This is one superb author.

This is a great read. Lots of action, a tense plot & superb writing. The downside is lots of legal wrangling but it doesn’t deter from a shocking ending.

A really interesting plot, with a vampire community living on the edge of society. I enjoyed this but it wasnt the dark horror that i was expecting. Fun though.

A great follow-up to the first book in this series & really upbeat banter between the characters as they race to solve the case. ‘The Inside Man’ proves to be elusive, vengeful & twisted, making for a fast-paced thriller. Great writing.
