My notorious, longest span of writer's block was 13 years! Then a wonderful muse came into my life and he inspired my PASSION book. It was written in seven wonderful weeks during the snowy winter of 2012. Since then, I have completed 6 novels and now working on number 7 and 8.
To deal with writer's block, I usually put my writing aside, get out into nature or a new environment (ie: travel, go to a concert, try meeting new people). This has worked wonders for me. It refreshes the creative juices and then my setting is not stagnant. Soon enough, I have met a new "muse" who inspires the hero in my novel, and Voila! A new book is birthed.(less)

Knowing that I have this gift to share with the world, and I have the luxury of staying home and creating these rich people, settings and love stories...it warms my heart and empowers me!(less)

Lost Flowers Enroute to a Friend

 Dear Readers,

I admit, I have been absent from this blog for a while, and for that I am sorry. What happened, you might ask? Well, life of course.

Knee surgery last December, a full summer of activities, concerts in the park, other concerts in the big city, and really GOOD food at various restaurants. Just to name a few things that kept me preoccupied. But, with "prep-tober" for Nanowrimo upon

“You can accept or reject the way you are treated by other people, but until you heal the wounds of your past, you will continue to bleed. You can bandage the bleeding with food, with alcohol, with drugs, with work, with cigarettes, with sex, but eventually, it will all ooze through and stain your life. You must find the strength to open the wounds, stick your hands inside, pull out the core of the pain that is holding you in your past, the memories, and make peace with them”
