Brandan Hadlock is a professional web designer with a desire to promote truth and goodness. As a child, he dreamt of being a detective and did what any responsible young hero would do: he went to an assistant principal of his high school and offered to work undercover to stop drug dealers. Naturally, his request was denied, but his quest to better the world lives on.

Now, he's beginning the Master's program at Hillsdale College where he is studying politics. He and his wife, Christine, currently live in Michigan with their six children and a dog named Bear.

Also, use beta readers to give you feedback. This is so important. And don't try to justify your writing to them. Of course, you have to decide whether or not to act on the feedback. If you get the same feedback from more than one person, it might be something you really should fix. (less)

What are you currently working on?

Brandan Hadlock Right now I'm working on promoting my book, Working With The Enemy, but I think what the question is really asking, is "what book (or perhaps writing …moreRight now I'm working on promoting my book, Working With The Enemy, but I think what the question is really asking, is "what book (or perhaps writing project) am I working on?" My next big fiction project will be the follow up book to Working with the Enemy. I've got some general ideas for it but need to focus on research/learning. That's one of the fun aspects of writing--the research! I may also repurpose some non-fiction that my wife and I wrote.(less)
