To write this book I created an "in-line" as described by my publisher, Angela at Difference Press. An inline is different from an outline because in addition to a checklist of how things will play out, it also includes the time I am going to write it and on what day. It's also written with my ideal audience in mind. When I write, I write to that person who will best be aided by the book. It's pretty powerful. I also made sure to get some good sleep the day before my writing days. I exercised, had my food and breaks prepped every 2 hours. Take care of the preparation and writing isn't such an ordeal.(less)
