Real Food Real Kitchens: New York Cookbook complete
Yay! I am super excited today. The Real Food Real Kitchens: New York cookbook is complete. Look for book signings throughout NYC and Central Florida in October when the book is released. I will post updates soon!
The cookbook, based on the hit HULU series, takes you in to the lives and homes of families from all five boroughs of New York City to learn how to make their traditional family recipes. The book not only teaches you traditional family recipes but also tells the story of the family and culture that bring it to life.
This cookbook takes you behind the scenes and into the kitchens of cultures spanning the globe from places like: Trinidad, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Poland, Guyana, Italy, China, America and more.
Sincerely,
Craig

53 Days and Counting!
The release date of the first Real Food Real Kitchens cookbook is right around the corner (October 13th) and I am super excited! I'm getting the chance to meet some great people while I am trying to promote this book which is exciting. Even more exciting is the excitement that all of the families featured in the book are feeling, it's infectious!
It's amazing to be in the position to produce this book and bring the featured families stories to light and share with readers their traditional family recipes. The stories behind these recipes are the heart and soul of Real Food Real Kitchens and this book was so much more satisfying to compile because it goes beyond just a bunch of recipes to tell amazing stories of Family and Food and Culture.
I can't wait to see and read what people think of the book when it comes out! More to come soon!

Cooking, Food, and Family
I'm starting to get really excited about the release of Real Food Real Kitchens: New York. It's a first cookbook for me and my company and it comes out in exactly 2 weeks!!! (Oct. 13th). With all the buzz going on around the release date, I have been busy in and out of different families kitchens for the past few weeks getting ready.
I am doing several book signings to coincide with the release of the book and with those signings come tastings of recipes featured and screenings of new episodes of the TV show. It's great to really get in to the kitchens and minds of our guests for a second time, and even more exciting to see them be able to share in the excitement of the book coming out with their friends and family too. This is all a side of Real Food Real Kitchens that I never even imagined, it's awesome!
I had only hoped to one day get a season of the TV show out there. Seeing this idea spark a light in so many people is more than I could have ever expected, really!
If you haven't already pre-purchased the Real Food Real Kitchens: New York cookbook, please add it to your shelf and when you've had a chance to red it, let me know what you think. It's a book I'm really proud of! Thank you - Craig
