Ο Χρήστος Αντώναρος γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα στις 18 Μαΐου το 1982. Αν και μεγάλωσε στην Ελλάδα, πλέον ζει στις Η.Π.Α., και συγκεκριμένα στην Ουάσιγκτον, με την γυναίκα και τον γιό του. Σπουδάζει στο University of District of Columbia, ώστε μια μέρα να διδάξει Μυθολογία, και δημιουργική γραφή.
Από μικρή ηλικία έδειξε την κλίση του στη γραφή, όταν στις τελευταίες τάξεις του δημοτικού άρχισε να γράφει τρομακτικές ιστορίες, εμπνευσμένος από ταινίες τρόμου ή επιστημονικής φαντασίας. Μέχρι σήμερα, έχει εκδώσει ιστορίες του σε Ελληνικά περιοδικά και ανθολογίες, έχει προκριθεί σε διαγωνισμούς συγγραφής και γράφει για το Nyctophilia.gr, καθώς και κριτικές για το Tangent Online, το οποίο και προτάθηκε για τα Hugo Awards του 2015.

2013 – «Ένα Τελευταίο Ποτήρι» - 2ο στο διαγωνισμό «Καταραμένη Γη» από τις Εκδόσεις Συμπαντικές Διαδρομές, εκδόθηκε στο 21ο τεύχος του περιοδικού του εν λόγω οίκου.
2014 – «Keep Calm and Let the Zombies Eat You» - συμμετέχει στην Ανθολογία «Θρύλοι του Σύμπαντος IV» από τις Εκδόσεις Συμπαντικές Διαδρομές.
2014 – «Μια Αλλόκοτη Επιβράβευση σε μια Απρόσμενη Ηρωική Πράξη» - συμμετέχει στην Ανθολογία «Θρύλοι του Σύμπαντος IV» από τις Εκδόσεις Συμπαντικές Διαδρομές.
2015 – «Άτλας εν Άδη» - 3η θέση στα Βραβεία Larry Niven, από τις Εκδόσεις Συμπαντικές Διαδρομές, κατηγορία Νουβελέτα επιστημονικής φαντασίας.
2016 – «Δεσμοί Αίματος» - συμμετέχει στην Ανθολογία «Ψίθυροι μέσα στη Νύχτα» από το Nyctophilia.gr.
2016 – «Χλευάζοντας την Αιωνιότητα» - συμμετέχει στην Ανθολογία «Το Άγνωστο» από τις εκδόσεις Ανάτυπο.
2017 – «Κάθαρση» - Νουβέλα, 1ο βιβλίο της τριλογίας «Γεννημένη στις 13» από τις εκδόσεις Ανάτυπο.
2017 - «Όλα για την Εξουσία των Επτά» - συμμετέχει στην Ανθολογία «Σκοτεινά Βασίλεια» από τις Εκδόσεις Συμπαντικές Διαδρομές.
