I was born in a small copper mining community in Arizona. I have lived all over the state and several others. My favorite place is my current home state of Texas.

I love seeing the world through the eyes of children. They have a unique perspective on things that adults can only wish we had. Children have no fear of things they don't know so every thing is beautiful and interesting. A child can see a drop of water on the end of a fingertip and it becomes a vessel for flying to mars, or a kingdom under the sea.

My niece loves to blow the seeds from dandelions. In her eyes those seeds are taking her with them on their travels to new and exciting places. Sometimes they go to on camping trips or to the lake to go fishing. A child's mind is a won ...more
