Victor Konopka was born on November 4 1951 in Litchfield Illinois to parents of Polish and German descent. Mr. Konopka grew up and graduated from high school in Gillespie, illinois and has lived his entire adult life in chicago Illinois.

Mr. Konopka is retired member of the Illinois Army National Guard (twenty years) and a retired Chicago Public School Teacher. Mr. Konopka taught special education classes at Clemente High School in the Chicago Public Schools and has taught at various YCCS and Ombudsman Charter Schools.

Mr. Konopka graduated from Gillespie High School 1970

today

Well today didn't go bad. I did the teacher professional development thing then came home.

I am rewriting my book. I had corrected most of the typos but no one has purchased a copy since I made those corrections in July.

I eliminated a large portion of chapter two or three I think. The part about picking apples and baking apple pies. I eliminated the apple picking and condensed the pie making. Peop Read more of this blog post »
