Debashish Irengbam After the initial phase of self-hate and self-doubt has subsided, I take a small break - go out for a walk, meet with friends, or just read a good boo…moreAfter the initial phase of self-hate and self-doubt has subsided, I take a small break - go out for a walk, meet with friends, or just read a good book or watch a good film or show. The point is to just take it easy and come back later. Also, keep in mind that almost every creative genius you know went through the same at some point. Kind of gives it a touch of glory.(less)
