Prof. Kimberly Nicholas is a sustainability scientist at Lund, Sweden's highest-ranked university. It was helpful for me to realize writing is a practice for which my first job is to show up. That said, it's important to cultivate renewal and inspiration from everything else (relationships, time in nature, food, exercise, sleep...) to keep going, and to enjoy the journey!
