Prof. Kimberly Nicholas is a sustainability scientist at Lund, Sweden's highest-ranked university. That said, it's important to cultivate renewal and inspiration from everything else (relationships, time in nature, food, exercise, sleep...) to keep going, and to enjoy the journey!
