Jane Ripley is a cofounder of WiredLeaders.com. Her work life has been shaped by three significant experiences: watching her father’s struggle with prolonged periods of strikes, serving as an Officer in the British Army, and finally working in The Ken Blanchard Companies. All three experiences were about leadership and collaboration.

In 2012, Jane enrolled at the Kingston Business School (London) to earn an MSc in Business Psychology. For her dissertation she chose the topic of collaboration and a case study approach based within an analytical instruments company, which had ‘implemented’ collaboration but were not seeing the hoped for results.
