Sharon Y. Edlin is a children's author, memoirist, and retired pediatric occupational therapist who has been writing stories since the third grade, when she filled her very first notebook with imaginative adventures. That notebook still sits on her shelf today, reminding her that some dreams simply take a little longer to bloom.

After spending more than 30 years helping children and families as the founder of Dragonfly Pediatric Therapy, Sharon now brings that same heart into creating whimsical stories filled with kindness, courage, imagination, and gentle humor. I’m not mentally falling apart, no, I’m talking about physically and the positive spin on this is that things are actually falling in place from the point of understanding why.

What a wonderful story and beautiful illustrations! I thoroughly enjoyed this story and what a valuable lesson. My dad always talked about this and this book was so well done explaining this lesson. Great work.
