Andrew Case is an award-winning playwright and critically-acclaimed novelist. His plays have been produced by the Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago, New Theatre in Miami, InterAct Theatre in Philadelphia, and many more across the country. His work has been commissioned and developed by the Manhattan Theatre Club, the Atlantic Theatre, Primary Stages, the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center, and many more. He is a member of the Primary Stages Writers Group and PEN America Center, and a winner of the Samuel Goldwyn Award.

I am working on a third book, and it has taken longer than I hoped (life gets in the way!) but I think I turned a corner recenly and hope the powers that be agree. In the meanwhile, I had a short story in Unloaded 2, an anthology of crime writers writing without using guns (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...) and participated in an "Exquisite Corpse" exercise during lockdown with 24 other writers where we wrote a book from scratch by passing it along one chapter at a time. As we learned from ProPublica on August 17, NYPD officers are withholding documentary evidence and body-worn camera footage related to a number of CCRB investigations.
