Shreejit Nair is a 1992-born Indian author, who has embarked on a writing career with Rescue—Paradise to Inferno, his first novel. Touched by the ecstatic poetry of Rumi and the extraordinary writings of Rabindranath Tagore, he started writing poems at an early age. His poems have entered Poetry Society’s All India Poetry competition, Delhi Poetry Slam’s Wingword Poetry, India Film Project’s NaPoWriMo, and Notion Press Writer’s contest. He was also a part of a screenplay writing contest for India Film Project (Season 8).

As a writer when you start imagining things that is the time when you look at things the way you want to see it. For example, if you love someone so dearly but you're not destined to live the rest of your life with that person then start writing. As you write, imagine the never-so-happened story of yours and fall in love with that person at every page.

Secondly, read as much as possible. The more you read the more you'll achieve while you write.(less)
