That is more fact based and harder to lose words. I also am so passionate about what I write that it is exciting to me and the words just come out easily. Ask me this in another ten years after my tenth book and my answer might be different, but for now I am knocking on wood.(less)

After teaching for 30 years, I simply love not waking up to an alarm. Establishing a schedule is a whole different story but I am grateful each day for being able to do what I love from the comfort of my own home. Secondly, I love that what I write helps people. I love it when I get comments from people and they tell me they have found it to be helpful in their own healing.(less)

“Remember, healing through forgiveness takes place in the soul and subconscious, not by a face to face confrontation that ends in hugging and tears of joy. In fact, chances are that would never happen anyway, so you are setting yourself up for failure if that is your expectation.”
Sharon Critchfield, Waking up to Heal

“You can literally go on and on and on with the blame game, but let me tell you, it only causes more heartache. You will be no better off and will still have no answers.”
Sharon Critchfield, Waking up to Heal

“God wants us to be happy, because when we are, we are closer to Him. We can hear His direction better in the form of intuition and we can help others as well. So, do what makes you happy.”
Sharon Critchfield, Waking up to Heal

“So many books, so little time.”
Frank Zappa

“You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”
Dr. Seuss

“Without music, life would be a mistake.”
Friedrich Nietzsche, Twilight of the Idols

“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
Steve Jobs

“That which does not kill us makes us stronger.”
Friedrich Nietzsche
