I'm a redeemed child of God through Jesus Christ, blessed with a great curiosity about the world He created and all the people in it. I am happily married to my wonderful bride, Daysi, and we live with our two precious daughters in Bolivar, MO, a nice, laid-back small town in the Ozark foothills, where I help run a couple of family businesses and pastor a small, non-denominational church. My favorite subjects for reading are theology, history, and economics. When I had more time for hobbies, I dabbled in fiction writing, and self-published one short novel, "Susanna Don't You Cry," a revised version of an even longer novel of the same name, written by my mom for her kids when we were young.
