I am a writer by night, who currently lives in San Francisco with my husband. The Inventor and His Muse is the first of many books I hope to self-publish. How do you get inspired to write?

Another time I found a set of sheets that had lace on them. The lace seemed very Southern for some reason, and that thought turned into a story.

I never try to force anything. I just let my mind wander when I get various creative sparks and see if anything comes from it.(less)
