The way I cope is to maintain focus on the task with a structure from start to finish. I will get up from writing after one to two hours so I can recharge and start again with new energy. Knowing the end state does help me. This is challenging and it is a process. Getting four to six hours of writing in is a good day. The writing must relate to the audience that draws an interest. The goal is always to bring meaningful insight and interest to the reader so they can relate to what is being presented. My writings in the future will mostly be non-fiction books vs fiction books.
