1) Avoid writing. Did that for a long time. Useful tactic when you'd rather be playing Super Mario Cart
2) Alcohol, copious amounts. Good for sheer volume, not for content. Everything turns out like that dream you had that's really funny until you try to tell someone else about it.
3) The best route is to relax. Do something that makes you feel calm then come back and just put down one word. Then try a sentence for good measure. Before you know it you've got a whole compendium.(less)
