Creative writing first grabbed me when I won a national poetry competition at school, although accepting the prize in a dress Mum insisted on me wearing, made me wish I'd come last! Now, living in central Italy, I write most days at my desk overlooking the splendiferous Maiella mountain range - and wear shorts!

I am the creator of the gossiping ladies 'Dahling Do Tell!' and the 'Yer 'Avin a Larf' cartoons, (normally found at Bing/Yahoo #1), cult Cartoon Humour Blog - Commytooper. I am also one of the main contributors to the funny, sideways, and (if I might say so), insightful) posts for which we are rightly famous and popular.
