Thanks for reaching out. I have actually not published anything regarding my personal story or credentials, for reasons of privacy. I understand that this has frustrated my readers.

My work has developed from many years of painful exploration and revelations that came along with it. The process of 'punching out of the box', so to speak, is what led to the wisdom and awakening in the book. I had an urge to share it with the world when I first published, and the overwhelming response from readers encouraged me to keep on going.

I do have an academic background, but otherwise have not studied psychology and do not work in it. I tend to have a reflective mind, but I also use mindfulness, alternate states of consciousness and voracious reading to help expand my mind and therefore my work.

I'm also active on Quora and more than happy to answer questions there in the comment sections of my answers.
