Julio Cevasco (Lima, 1985) is a peruvian translator, linguist, historian and autor who resides in Germany.

His short stories have been published in many anthologies and magazines around the globe since 2014.

Although his first published work appeared in the Peruvian magazine Relatos Increíbles as one of the most well rated, his popularity increased due to his dark fantasy short story Reencuentro in the Peruvian Horror Anthology Tenebra (compiled by Carlos Saldivar).

Reencuentro includes profane topics like incest, human sacrifices, demonic rituals and sex with dark entities, which are described as "avant-garde for Cevasco's generation" by scholars Gonzalo del Rosario and Anaela Mendoza.

Hace unos díás envié un cuento para la editorial chilena Calvaria Ediciones. La historia se desarrolla en Las Tierras de la Guadaña y se llama Sabor a Fiambre. Si la seleccionan, la publicarán en una antología gratuita en Lektu. Ojalá la escojan, de lo contrario la guardaré para otra ocasión.
