Thank you so much for reading Pages & Co! There's three main things that inspired the first book - firstly, my own relationship with my Grandad. We used to read together a lot, and he helped me choose books, and took me to his local bookshop, and always encouraged me to write. Secondly, it was thinking about what I would say if I could talk to my favourite literary characters - and it was Anne of Green Gables in particular that I was thinking about. And lastly, that I love bookshops, and think they're magical, and wanted to write a story set in one! Hope that was helpful and good luck with your assignment! (less)
