Elise Edmonds is a young adult fantasy writer from the UK. Reading and writing have always been her doorways into another world—a way to escape and spend time walking with wizards, flying with fairies, and dealing with dragons.

As a lifelong avid fantasy reader, her writing is influenced by Diana Wynne Jones, J K Rowling, Angie Sage, C S Lewis, and Enid Blyton. Any books with the power to draw someone into another world fascinate her, and she's tried to capture this feeling in her own novels.

So I may have just devoured this series in three days.... the perfect binge read for my week off. If you love Pride & Prejudice and dragons I wholeheartedly recommend these engrossing books. A new and original look at old friends.
