Not a question so don't answer. But nice surprise you read my review! I note you retired Nov '15. I'm retiring next month as maths professor at Cambridge. I was particularly interested to read you describe the steps of a nephrectomy and say urology is most complex of surgeries. The linked bookstores that line College Street are a treasure trove for the bibliophile. First, you stand and gape like Howard Carter, then you tentatively pull out a volume and experience the sensuous pleasure of riffling through the pages. You ask the storekeeper if he's heard of an eighteenth-century novel or an exotic treatise. In twenty minutes, the bush telegraph will put it in your hands!(less)
