Besties with benefits?
How do I tell her we can't be involved ... not even casually?
That question plagues me all day as I work on Donovan’s bike at the shop.
“Bestie neighbors with benefits.” That was the phrase she used.
But that would never work for me.
Don’t get me wrong, the sex was great. Not great. Amazing? Incredible? Mind-blowing? None of those words or phrases come close to what I experienced at the store with Maren yesterday.
Was it just the excitement that we were risking getting caught in public?
