Frank was born in Reading, Pennsylvania. An industrial town about 50 miles northeast of Philadelphia.

In his 40's he started participating in role playing sites but he wasn't able to satisfy the characters that wanted to express themselves. He began his own site in hopes his characters would have a voice. When the site failed, a friend recommended he think about writing a book. She had read several of the posts he had made and believed he was wasting his stories on a website.

I think it is important to support other Indies to help get their stories heard. I think a lot of people don't take Indie authors seriously or believe they may be less polished than traditionally published authors but this is just not so. Yes, there are some Indie authors who don't take the craft as seriously as they should but there are many more who do. They put so much time in trying to get their stories exposure, it takes dedication and perseverance. (less)

It would be a bit pretentious of me to say yes. But if I am to be completely honest, I have dreamed that one day the series would be made into a production of some type, but I think most authors have that dream. It would be grand if the series was so well received that someone in Hollywood or Broadway showed interest but it has only been out a few weeks and I have years of being a struggling author before I could even imagine it being considered, if ever.(less)

NaNoWriMo 2017

So I decided to enter NaNoWriMo for the first time. It was a scary proposition, 50,000 words in 30 days. I will admit my first novel "Empress" was written over the course of 8 days and it was almost 80,000 words. The 50,000 was a challenge because I have not written as consistently since "Empress".
