It began in 2006 with my own 100 pound weight loss journey and learning how to take control of my health. I was in seminary at the time and i began to realize how much God has to say about our bodies and our health. I became a fitness coach in 2007 and over the past decade have been able to help hundreds of people transform their lives. I have also taught much of the material in the book at various churches in that time, but never put everything down into book form. In the fall of 2016, the pieces began to all come together to finally launch the book. (less)
