I put off writing for years, and if there's one thing I'd do differently it's that I would have gotten started much earlier instead of putting it off for so long. So just start writing and understand that what you're putting down initially is at best a rough draft. Trying to write final copy is what slowed me down originally. Getting to a clean manuscript comes through editing, self editing, really, when you do your second and third passes. And you may still need an editor later to make your work shine.

So start with an outline so that you know what you plan on writing about, and then jump in. That's all it takes. (less)

Don't get me wrong, there were and are some excellent books on the subject, but none that had everything required to start the right way in one place.

"Making It in the Forex Market" is the book I wished I had back when I started. Hopefully it will help the next generation of traders starting out to do so the right way and avoid many of the mistakes I committed while I stumbled through learning on my own. It provides a clear roadmap on how to get to where you're making $5000 a month consistently and while minimizing the risks involved in all trading activities. (less)

The Best Translation in English

Friedman masterfully translates the first 5 books of the Bible, and provides excellent commentary. The text includes the original Hebrew, which allows the reader to check up on specific words, if and as needed. Very use

Great Premise

Might even have worked as a longer piece. As horror, It does the trick. Definitely would have benefited from more exposition/origin of the creature. Still, well written, fast-paced, and entertaining.

Great Research, Way too Short

Friedman is probably the foremost living biblical scholar. This is a great book full of revelations, no pun intended. But I feel it deserved a longer treatment. Otherwise, it's fantastic for those looking for the truth be
