Give Away for Liberty Angel By Jennifer Lynch

I've now started a giveaway for three copies of my latest novel Liberty Angel.
This book would really appeal to single parents especially women, who are interested in finding their strengths. Life can often be challenging. Particularly, when we are parents to young children. It may feel as if we have literally lost our self! The idea of writing Liberty Angel was to reach out to women especially divorced women, who feel as if they have lost their sense of identity. We are all special and deserve to be loved but often after going through big life changes, such as divorce, we experience feelings of isolation and low self esteem. The main character in the Liberty Angel Gemma finds that connecting to her spirituality, particularly meditation helps her through these difficult times. She suffers from judgmental attitudes, men who try to control her and difficulties in finding work all common scenarios of single parents. Many divorcees will be able to identify with this book! It aims to awaken the inner Goddess in women and bring them back into wholeness by giving examples of raising self esteem. It has a strong message that we are already whole perfect and complete! It also views relationships from both sides to show the reader that relationships are complex with attitudes often born from our upbringing. It's aim is not to blame but to closely examine through the characters, the interaction of energy dynamics between men and women. As Gemma begins to evolve through understanding the value of her own decisions, her path becomes easier but her life is certainly not without a surprise or two!

I am blessed - what a gorgeous day!

Dear Friends

I loved my dog walk with Barney today. What a fantastic October day, the ground is slightly damp, yet the sun is still warm and inviting.
I saw the tractor ploughing the field at the back of me so we did some work with the ball before walking over a grassy field which has been left to grow like a meadow. Perhaps it is a meadow? I'm not sure what the definition of a meadow is but it isn't dug up by the farmer and it is left as grass for the public to walk over ... so it could well be.
I was thinking how wonderfully lucky I am to live in this lovely little village nr. Stowmarket when I noticed how blue the sky was, how brown the plough fields were and how it;s still possible to see plenty of green for now, anyway. Because everyday we slip a little nearer the time when the clocks go back and we moan about it being too dark in the afternoon! I sometimes wonder why they do the clock thing, because it always takes our own eternal body clock several days to a week to adjust to this new forced regime, not only with sleep but also with meals. Our tummies notice the fact that we are eating an hour late/Originally it was for school children going to school but as most of them go to school by car or bus does it now make sense? Maybe its for the farmers? Please add your thoughts.
I'm working now, giving a few angel card readings on the phone while I watch Barney snoozing in his chair. It didn't use to be his chair, the old parker knoll recliner but now he's claimed it as his own - fair enough! The cat has a magic place on top of a cupboard and he's also sleeping, after climbing up a cat tree on the window sill. It may sound acrobatic but Sunny thinkgs it's fun.
As I turned the corner and walked up my driveway this morning, I was contemplating once again, am I doing the right thing here because sometimes income is slow and being self employed frustrating, when I noticed a white feather above my head literally dancing in the sun - if it was from a bird, I didn't see it the bird, and if it was from an Angel, thank you. Either way, the feather danced to its own tune, it's energy inspiring me in my own dance, my own tune and revealing to me that we are often just carried by the wind, until we eventually settle!

I am cosy!

Good morning and it’s frosty today – frosty the snowman has been spreading his magic and the fields behind my house look stunning!

I was up early to take a friend to the railway station and the ice was thick on my car but as I was scrapping away, I thought how blessed I was to have such a warm and cosy house to live in.
I thought I’d continue with my blog on Angel Wisdom and start giving everyone a daily card. I now give free mini readings in the facebook group facebook live feeds and I’m normally in there on Friday evenings
Saturday/Sunday. Please join me there is you can, it’s a great group. Longer one to one sessions are available – and I’d love to see you at my home so if you are anywhere Nr. Suffolk, UK, I’d love to meet you.

There seems to be a lot of uncertainty about at the moment in the UK with all the Brexit news which to be honest, I’ve switched off from unless someone mentions it and … that’s nearly everyone! If it happens, it happens and we have a way of adjusting to things. I feel that we will not be abandoned and many other countries may follow suit iin due course.
I’m looking out of my back window as I write this and I can see clouds of mist coming past my window. It is also a reminder that there is still a fair amount of winter to come as we often get the hardest weather in February. Our minds drift to warmer climes and places we’d like to go on holiday. My head is always on a beach in Kefalonia where I have visited three times because I absolutely love it there and it was where I wrote the meditations for the book Shades of Kefalonia which can be found on amazon or an audio version – links from this site.

I hope you all have a awe inspirig day full of angel blessings. Our angels are with us all the time, believe and you will feel their strength and warmth.
