Summer 24
Hello All,
I've still been pretty busy updating my books and giving them new isbns which has been a very lengthy process and my latest update Liberty Angel is out there now, much improved and as someone reviewed, every woman must read this book. Great for divorcees and understanding about staying in your power.
Apart from that, I tore the cartilage
in my knee three weeks ago. To say it was painful was an understatement but with rest and physio exercises there is now a vast improvement. I've been through the going crazy because I couldn't drive or go out to just being happy with where I am. The question always comes up in these situations, where do I need to go? I have a small but lovely house and garden. I can edit, write and watch the birds through my patio doors. A real lesson in staying in the now. Not just a meditation but a meditation of life. I feel like after some real frustration and resistance I'm riding this wave now. Plus I lost half a stone which I'd put out as an intention but I simply didn't know how to achieve. I now have some ideas for another book but it is still materialising as a mental vision board. My head is only in the first chapter. I will need to see more before I begin then I'll plan it chapter by chapter. This time it has to be about love. We need it now. Happy endings are back. Bring that light into the world and shine it. Love comes in many forms. Keep it simple so we can relate.

NEW YEAR 2024
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL
This is a little blog to wish you all a very successful and happy year ahead. As usual, I'm planning to blog more frequently on goodreads which will lead to blogs also being posted elsewhere!
I hope you have read many good books during 2023. During this year I started attending Atlantis Crystal Mind Body & Spirit Events in Ipswich at the Kesgrave Community Centre which are great little events and many copies of We Hear You Angels and 5th Dimensional Earth were sold, along with a few copies of my novels mainly Salsa and Never to be Told. If you want to get lost in a good story and learn about the Law of Attraction and how it can really benefit your life, then Never to Be Told is an excellent and absorbing read with lots of fun.
What are you all planning for the New Year, I expect I will have the same resolutions, healthy eating, getting a little fitter and reading more books. It's sometimes a challenge when other things take over but nothing beats having the time to put your feet up sit back and get lost in a good story.
Today is rather dull and it has been raining in Norfolk but I've been out for a swim and I've already made a start on my new goals. I will soon be involved in writing health articles for a magazine but I will keep you posted on that. I'm always looking for interviews to promote my books so if you are reading this and you can help, please get in touch.
I wish you all loads of luck for the year ahead and remember making a start is better than not tryiing and we never know where our efforts will lead.
Please send love and healing to all the places in the world that so badly need it.

Coronation Day no Telly!
Interestingly enough I don't have a television, so I won't be watching the coronation because as I've never been in to the royals, but you'll see me catching up on my blog, Facebook and Instagram posts! You'll find 5th Dimensional Earth on kindle for free right now so grab yourself a copy. Salsa and Never to Be Told have just come off free promotion both of which are great, exciting and interesting reads.
5d is about staying present, flowing with 'Am I feeling it', not being in resistance to your own natural energetic flow. If you're not feeling it, then don't push through, certainly not in Mercury retrograde 🙂. For me, right now it's time to evaluate what's working and go with that. Cut out the dead wood. I feel more travel on the horizon and maybe another book. It's remarkably quiet out there beyond the confines of my cosy house. ✨ I wonder if people renewed tv licences just to watch the coronation because with Queen Elizabeth, it was the first time many people had one. Since then I feel the BBC has been on the decline with too many series of daily porridge, or only fools and horses. I got bored, signed up to Netflix and found Harry and Megan! Whatever you do today, have a good fun. Being your unique self sometimes takes courage. Find the real you and honour that. You deserve It!

Back to Blogging, at last!
The spring is here! The birds have been singing and my grass looks very green, after all the rain we’ve had in Norfolk over the last few months. I always find it hard to blog about certain topics so I’ve decided to go with whatever crops up. I’m currently working on a paperback version of 5th Dimensional Earth which will be ready in about a week, so look out for that. Although only a very short book, writing it has been very intense because it reaches new levels of spirituality and I felt challenged to finish it. Intensity is part of who we are and conveying a message in a coherent way seems to use heaps of mental energy. Anyway, let me know if you like it.
The last three months have been tough with having covid, loss of hearing in one ear and with my gorgeous dog Barney, unexpectedly dying., I seem to have been wading through thick treacle. Then things suddenly changed about a week ago when the birds out of my bedroom window started to sing very loudly. I then decided to crack on with my writing. Interesting because I often help others get out of the treacle with my coaching and readings but I found myself to be truly stuck.
I had some interesting feedback on Williams Wishes yesterday which then lunged into the story of my own adoption. It felt irrelevant to talk about things so far in the past. We create our life and the way we live it. Staying present is the gift. Every day is an opportunity even if it doesn’t look quite as we imagined. There will always be treasure. Have a lovely week.

It is very damp!
Hello Everyone
Today is the 12/12 and I'm thinking now a little more about Christmas, in fact, I have purchased two small presents for my eldest son which is great. My youngest son who is here at the moment bought a small Christmas tree a real one after much debate about real or artificial and now it is decorated it looks amazing. I was worried about the needles with the dog but as it is a Norway Spruce the needles are meant to stay on, we will see! Anyway, now the lights are glowing, it certainly feels like the right time to Christmas shop as baby it's cold outside!
My new editions of Salsa have arrived which I'm really happy about because this week I have a zoom video interview with Dawn Chrystal formerly of Harbour Radio and possibly another interview radio interview. I'm very pleased with the new editions which had a few tweaks but it was certainly worth the extra effort. They say patience is a virtue and to be honest as I feel it certainly is. Don't you think this year has been about appreciation? We have had to adjust and perhaps look at the dial on our internal compass and realise that making the best of where we are at is where we are right now. Next year may be different but this year I'm happy enough to stay within my own territory. How do you all feel? Has it been a hard adjustment or have there been some positive things about working from home?

Friday and it's wet!
Well, it's Friday, and it is pouring with rain. I've been out walking with Barney our Springer, but he looked at me rather disappointingly and said is that it! I hope to take him out a little further later. Busy getting organised for an event that I am doing to promote Salsa at Weeley Village Hall, Nr. Clacton on Sunday - more details to follow!
Christmas certainly feels strange this year with all the changes happening. I'm hoping for a covid free time where nobody talks about it for at last 5 days! I'm kind of sick of the news now. I have some lovely Christmas Cards to post designed by the fabulous Lily Elleth who you will find on Etsy, take a look at her designs if you have time. These have a picture of a cute little fox on the front. I'm not beginning to get a feeling that I'd like to write my cards at least and put up a tree! We have to hold on to those warm thoughts. It will be a joy to see my family. What are you doing? The Salsa after party will have to wait - everything is so virtual!

Dance Wise by Stefan Freedman
Dance Wise by Stefan FreedmanMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
This book would make an incredible gift for any dancer. I learned so much reading about the author's vast experience of dance, especially circle dance. Many of his words summarise how I feel about dance but its exploration went way beyond anything I could imagine. The book is fun, serious, and poetic with a special cocktail of Stefan Freedman's own magic. It is a book of heart and also soul due to his many years of participating, teaching and working as a choreographer of dance. He explores so many different topics but the one which I enjoyed best was Labyrinth - Dance and Mental Health because dance has been part of that journey for me, so having a copy of a book like this is a valuable companion.

Salsa
Hi Everyone,
It has been a while since I blogged, but I'm so excited to let you know about my new book, Salsa. This is a fantastic book with plenty of sparkle and sizzle, but it will definitely warm your heart over Christmas. I hope to have a Goodreads Promotion running on it soon but in the meantime, take a look at it on Amazon.
Dancing and writing are two of my great passions, so combining then to write this fabulous little story was a real pleasure. Whether you are a dancer or just interested in Salsa, this book will grab you.
Find out what happens in Club Cubanica and the South of France when the group go on a long weekend camping.
Will Linda, Sarah and Jade find what they are searching for? Will dancing tear them apart, or will they bond closer together. Is Cameron telling the truth?
A fun little novel with plenty of inspiration to get your feet tapping!

EASTER BIRD SONG
Since waking earlier and writing at 6 a.m. I have discovered the quiet of the morning is a very special time for birds. I am loving this earlier time to wake when the house is silent, and I can hear the wood pigeons. Every time I hear the sound, I think about when I slept top to tail in a single bed with my sister when I was a child. It was very uncomfortable, not because there wasn't much room but because the bed was rock hard. My Grandmother's house was on the main road so you could often hear the traffic, but there was also a long brick wall opposite her home with some very huge trees. The woodpigeons were always cooing in the tops. I remember waking early then feeling excited about opening my Easter Eggs. My Grandmother was a slightly eccentric lady, although she was reserved and quiet, she was also a little quirky! She would ask us to touch her arm muscle. She was only 4 ft. 7 inches, a tiny lady but exceedingly strong and she still rode a bicycle well into her later years. This little arm would display an incredible muscle, and if you dared to touch it, she would give you a gentle punch! She would also pretend to faint at how tall we had all grown. Grandma H would ring the doorbell, enter then lie on the doormat pretending to have fainted!
I loved her house, I am always back there at Easter as my mind revisits her beautiful garden full of plum trees with the sun shining down on our dolls tea party on her lawn. Or playing inside with her bricks or doll's house, red rooves. Carrots they called her as a child because of her red hair, but perhaps it was easier than Gladys Lilian Elizabeth! Everything was tiny, everything was neat, including the pile of socks she darned for my mother. Life was not about money, but it was about definition, strength. Although there were never many toys, my grandma's house was magical, a display of her strength and stamina where we were comforted by the fact the pigeons would always sing and later in the year, the plums were ripe for picking!.
