Shades of Kefalonia
I have just uploaded my new little book of meditations called Shades of Kefalonia. I hope you will enjoy this book. It was written while I was on holiday in September.
Shades of Kefalonia is a journey into colour. It is a small book of meditations inspired by my own trip to Kefalonia, in September 2014. These meditations were written as visualizations to align the chakras and bring about balance and harmony by focusing on colour. Many of the meditations were written on the beach, or in a beautiful garden and some were penned in the still of the night. It is my journey, but I hope that it will also become your journey. A place to reflect both on the similarities between nature and our own inner transformation.
It is going on as a FREE promotion for 5 days from tomorrow 9th November 2014. Please enjoy my little ebook and if you have time, review.

Last leg
Hello Readers
I'm now on the last leg of my new novel which I hope to launch soon on Kindle Scout - deadline for me February 8th but hoping to coincide my readers with Valentine's Day ... you will see why, when you read the book.
Do single parents make good writers? Well, it worked for JK Rowling - sometimes the tougher our experience the more we bloom. My book Liberty Angel focuses on her experience of a single parent with two girls, balancing that part of her life, with romance and the difficulties in finding work with an awful lot of spirituality and self belief.
My new novel is also about a single parent with older children taking their final school exams. I like to combine, romance and spirituality with real life situations ... I'd like to say to my readers look for the clues as they aim to empower my readers. Some of this is due to my own past experiences of being a single parents for a period of time I was also on benefits. Some days I watched the electric metre as it used its last £5. Other days I went for long walks in the wood which backed on to my house where I could connect with nature. There are many ways of feeling empowerment on our life's journey. One way is to write because writing is a very healing therapy.
I'm feeling good about my last leg of my novel, so I thought I'd share it with you. Please share with me if you feel inspired.

Who cares when you're having fun!
Hello Friends
It was a great weekend and on Sunday I attended a local MBS exhibiton to give Angel Card Readings - taking with me my trusty cards, banner and sparkly cloths! This is an event that I've attended many times over the last few years because its generally held in both spring and autumn. There is a main hall with therapists and really good retails stalls plus some psychic readers, but the main readers are placed in a little hall at the back.
When I arrived I met my lovely friends who I see regularly at events and there was the sound of soft gentle meditation music playing in my corner along with some beautiful smelling inscence. I was a little later than expected but it was a bright sunny autumn day and nothing was going to phase me so I quickly set up my banner and put out my angel cards, crystals and copies of We Hear You Angels, Never to be Told and Shades of Kefalonia on my table. Generally I have found that the general public are normally more interested in having a reading than hearing about the books but I continued to tell some lovely people about why I wrote them and how they are relevant for spiritual growth etc.
I was fairly busy with a steady flow of people which was great. As I explained in the previous post about going to The Range, I am currently working with a You Tube called I am affirmations, where I am changing my life in 21 days.
The energy at the event was beautiful and the people who came to see me seemed to appreciated their readings. It was normal for me to see what others were charging and start slashing the price of my readings. I gave a slight discount for one family as they were a group but apart from that I stuck to my intention feeling 'I am worth it' and what people often don't realise is that sometimes events come along like buses and other times they are infrequent. What I give to others is a combination of counselling, channelling and life guidance and sometimes it takes every part of my being to pull the information through. In that short space of time 20 - 30 minutes we have the opportunity to make a difference to someone's life and it could be the thing that makes the ripple which later turns into a wave of opportunity.
I am grateful for my clients particularly if they follow up with a massage or reiki treatment, or buy a book. I often read from We Hear You Angels about one of the Archangels especially archangel Michael who frequently comes in to our lives to share love, light and protection and to guide us to the next stage of our evolution.
I am blessed - I am so lucky to be able to do this work and be at these events where I meet so many fascinating and inspirational people, the clilents/customers and the other stallholders who are so friendly and inspiring.
At the end of the afternoon my friend who does a similar thing to me, ventured into a local pub for a glass of white wine. I'm not going to comment on which one it was, as it would be unfair but needless to say I'm also going to avoid comments on trip advisor! Saying that, I feel the landlord of the pub is doing his best under difficult circumstances and he willingly provided two 40 - 50 year old ladies with a glass of white wine late on a Sunday afternoon which was quite an achievement. But the pub needs a facelift, makeover and long hug!
I'm not sure if we were flattered or shocked by the group of locals saying they had waited 10 years to see talent arrive! I was hastily trying to combat the stares through waves of I'm not so calm' venturing through my body.
"Hello, yes we are new", I couragously said, supressing a giggle.
We decided to take our end of the day celebratory wine out to the road side as it is a beautiful Suffolk village and the sun was shining and there was some solid seating!
I felt a wave of I am content hit me as we shared our day and I thought how great it is to have friends. Are surroundings that important?

OVERWHELMED BY FEAR OR GETTING INTO GEAR
Our world is an intentional world. Energy follows thought. We can create whatever we want through intention. So at this time, it is far better to focus on what you can do to create a better world than to focus on the virus. Can you develop a fitness routine, or eat differently by not buying foods full of sugar? Can you turn vegetarian or even vegan? Can you shift into the person you naturally are but you have been separated from due to a long list of obligations?
We must remember that although there are some cases where people have died apparently without any underlying health conditions which are scary stuff but remember the media will focus on those and not the people who have recovered, having very mild symptoms. So please turn off the telly and fill your days with joy! If you want news about the bale outs then catch Boris on youtube.
There has never been a better time to garden, write a book, catch up with your accounts, enjoy taking your dog for a walk, study, read, cook, if you have some flour, if not, try oats! Get into
gear.
You are what you eat.
You are what you create.
Letting go of the old paradigms - some may call this a shift into 5d, others have already said to me it's a bloody nightmare. Is it though, I'm excited about seeing how beautiful our planet has grown in a few months time after mother nature has declared her importance. Planet Earth will be stronger and healthier and you can be too.
If the fear starts to kick in and it did a little with me yesterday, I did tapping with Brad Yates, I have posted the YouTube on my wall - this a wonderful free resource we have - so use it!
